CMAP stands for Commercial Management and Professional Services. CMAP Services Ltd is a UK construction commercial consultancy, founded to bring practical contractual and commercial discipline to construction projects where it's needed most.
We support Tier 1 contractors, Tier 2 contractors, specialist subcontractors and in-house commercial teams across the UK — across NEC4 ECC, NEC4 PSC, JCT Design & Build, IChemE and traditional contracts.
The consultancy was built on direct experience running the commercial cycle on live construction projects — notices, early warnings, compensation events, payment applications, CVRs, claims and final accounts. Not advisory work at arm's length. The actual day-to-day commercial machine.
ContractSys grew out of that experience. We couldn't find a platform that worked the way contractors actually work — so we started building one.
